When ordering directly from our Clinisept+ website, we only want the best for our customers, so we only offer one type of delivery service with DHL. This gives you the added benefit of a 1-2 working day signed for service (for UK customers only), providing delivery advice notifications both before and after the delivery by text or email.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and must also be in the original packaging.
